Price and Payment Terms
- Prices on the website are valid except for typographical errors or modifications and apply only to online orders.
- Prices are in Euros and are shown VAT NOT INCLUDED.
- If there is an error in the price, LABOPOLIS reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
- Orders placed in Spain or orders from individuals and companies from European Union countries that do not have a VAT registered as an intra-community operator, Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (in these territories, customs clearance costs and import taxes will be borne by the customer).
- For companies from European Union countries that are registered as intra-community operators, once their VAT number has been confirmed, they will be exempt from paying VAT, provided that the delivery of the order is also made in that country.
- The rest of the countries outside the European Union will not be charged VAT, provided that the shipment is also made to that country, the costs of customs clearance at the entry of the goods and the taxes and import charges that may be generated shall be borne by the customer.
- Bank charges and commissions for the payment of the order are to be borne by the buyer, the amount of the order must be received in full to the amount of the order in EUROS (€).
- Methods of payment: Payment may be made by bank transfer upon acceptance of the order or by credit card (in the case of online orders).

Delivery Times
Delivery times for products available at sieves.es are of 48h to 2 weeks. If a product is not available at the time of the order, the new delivery time will be notified by e-mail and the customer can confirm or cancel the order.
Delivery time may vary due to manufacturing or import reasons. If the customer does not respond in 24 hours upon receipt of our information, the order will be considered firm.
Note: Delivery times are approximate. Labopolis, S.L. is not responsible for delays or compensation for delays.
Warranty
All products in sieves.es have an official manufacturer's warranty, which defines its conditions and duration.
Exceptions:
- The sieves are not guaranteed once the packaging has been opened or used.
- Nylon or stainless steel meshes are not exchanged if they correspond to the requested mesh size.
Transportation costs for returns under warranty shall be borne by the customer.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Modifications, manipulations or adjustments to the product.
- Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use, unsuitable voltage or incorrect installation.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products with altered, erased or illegible serial number.
- Absence or loss of the guarantee.
Warranty Process
To apply for the warranty, the customer must:
- Notifying LABOPOLIS in writing within a period of 30 calendar days after delivery in case of apparent defects.
- Return the product in its original packaging or equivalent, ensuring its protection during transport.
- Attach the invoice issued by LABOPOLIS.
