Return Policy

Only returns previously authorized by LABOPOLIS and in writing will be accepted. To request this authorization, the Customer must contact LABOPOLIS directly and, once authorized, the conditions for the return to be accepted will be indicated.

Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the reference and model ordered.

Laboratory sieves, nylon and stainless steel mesh are non-returnable if they correspond to the mesh size and diameter (in the case of sieves) ordered.

The goods must be returned carriage paid and in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in such a way that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.

The goods must be received in our warehouse within 7 days after the order is shipped. If it is not received within this period, the return will be rejected.

Once the goods have been received and as long as it is verified that they are in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded. LABOPOLIS reserves the right to pay a lower amount if the material does not arrive in perfect condition or with all its accessories. Shipping, return and handling charges will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns of products that are not returned in their original packaging and that have not been opened, or those whose purchase has been made under confirmed order and products that once purchased have been discontinued.

Pricing or information errors

In the event that a product is advertised at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, LABOPOLIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. LABOPOLIS has the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for a purchase and the order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of such charge.

Payments

LABOPOLIS does not handle credit card numbers. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone except your bank. Card payments are not subject to additional surcharges. When paying by credit/debit card the terms of departure apply at the time of approval of the card transaction.

In the event that payment has not been received after submitting your order, LABOPOLIS may automatically cancel your order if payment by credit card or bank transfer is not received within a maximum of 1 week.

Products damaged in transit

It is essential to always verify, at the time of receipt of the goods, that they have been delivered in perfect condition and to indicate on the delivery note signed by the carrier any incident that may occur in the condition of the goods or packaging and to inform LABOPOLIS of such incident by e-mail at info@labopolis.com. In any case, you should always verify that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition and it is recommended to always put on the delivery note of the carrier, "CONFORMABLE EXCEPT EXAMINATION".

If the package has significant damage that is believed to have been damaged in transit, it should be rejected and the following should be notified info@labopolis.com immediately.

Defective product

LABOPOLIS shall bear all costs arising from the delivery to the customer of a defective product, provided that the customer makes the claim within 7 days from the date of invoice. After this period, the warranty offered by the manufacturer of each product comes into force. The conditions and coverage of the warranty vary in each case.

The customer will be instructed to leave the product ready for collection, packing it so that it arrives in perfect condition and free of labels and adhesive tapes. LABOPOLIS will order a carrier to pick up the product and, once the product is received, the new one will be shipped.
