Shipping and Handling

The products will be delivered to the place indicated by the Customer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping zone (Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy and Germany.

In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, the transport price includes only "customs clearance at origin". In no case will be included the customs clearance at destination nor the tariffs or Canary tax, if any, which must be paid directly by the customer upon receipt of the goods.

For shipments to other countries, please consult us for the amount of the shipment, indicating by e-mail to: info@tamices.es what they want to order and the data of the company or individual, name, address, telephone, e-mail, NIF / CIF / VAT, etc.

NOTE: If you need a transport price for goods over 75 Kg, you can also request it by e-mail: info@tamices.esThe cost of the same will be sent to you with the quotation or order confirmation, the transport only includes the delivery to the street plant, nor the installation or assembly.

Claims for damages suffered during transport

• Please note the incident on the transport agency's delivery note, whether you receive the packages in poor condition, or if the number of packages does not correspond to the delivery note.
• The delivery note is the proof of any incident in the condition of the goods. The transport agency will not admit claims if the claim does not appear on the delivery note.
• The incident must be communicated in writing to LABOPOLIS within 24 hours.

Labopolis, will only be in charge of the postage in case that, by mistake, the material sent does not correspond with the material ordered by the client, in no case will be in charge of the postage if the Client has ordered a wrong material, and in this case, he/she will have to communicate it to us so that we send to our agency. We do not accept carriage forward by any other agency that has not been previously confirmed by us.
